Prior to founding Langdon Title, Jonathan was underwriting counsel at one of the largest title agencies in New York where he worked on both residential and commercial transactions. Jonathan managed and worked on high liability commercial transactions including the refinance of 99 John Street and the sale of the Lipstick Building. Additionally, Jonathan spent three and a half years as clearance counsel at another title agency where he supervised the clearance department for both commercial and residential transactions.

Prior to founding Langdon Title, Stephen was an attorney at the international law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP. At Weil, Stephen regularly represented acquirers, targets, buyout groups, investment banks and shareholder groups in complex domestic and international transactions. He most recently was involved in advising General Growth Properties in the largest real estate bankruptcy in U.S. history. He was also involved in two of the other largest bankruptcies in U.S. history, Lehman Brothers and Washington Mutual. Stephen began his legal career at the New Jersey law firm of Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP where he handled a variety of legal matters for its clients.
